ANDERSON -- State Rep. Brian White, chairman of the Anderson County legislative delegation, has called a delegation meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. June 28 in the Anderson County Council Chambers in the historic courthouse. The meeting is scheduled to discuss and approve the budgets of Anderson County Board of Education; Anderson County Alternative School, Anderson County Fire Protection Commission and the Career and Technology Center in Williams.

The legislators will also make to appointments to the Anderson County Foster Care Review Board-10B (one vacancy), Anderson County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (two incumbents and one vacancy); Anderson County Forestry Board (one incumbent) Anderson County Social Services Board (two incumbents); Hammond Water District Board (three incumbents); Sandy Springs Water District Board (three incumbents and two vacancies); Starr-Iva Water and Sewer District Board (one incumbent); Tri- County Technical College Board (one incumbent); and West Anderson Water District Board (three incumbents).
